100-Day Return Window
We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied, we are happy to offer you the option to return or exchange your RapidPure online order within 100 days of purchase. Proof of purchase may be requested.
To initiate a return, contact us here if you are within the 100-day return window. At this time, shipping costs and items marked “final sale” are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges are possible for items of equal value, within our 100-day return window. Please contact us here to request an exchange for items of different value.
For items of different values, we recommend returning your original order for store credit, and placing a new order for the item(s) you want. At this time, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do I have to pay customs on an international order?
On international orders, most countries do charge customs and duties for foreign shipments. Recipients are responsible for applicable customs and duties.
How can I return or exchange my order?

How can I cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line. Our customer service team will then be able to help cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to start a return, and our team can help you with that as well.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax in most US states, where applicable. You will see the sales tax charge added to your order total after you enter your shipping address during checkout. If you are an international customer, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable customs/duties upon receiving your package from the U.S. You can learn more about our shipping policies here.
Is Rapid Pure available in stores and anywhere else other than the US?
Our products are currently only available in the wild at select national retail partners in North America (with limited availability in Canada). For more information, feel free to check out our store locator page for the most up-to-date information on distribution.

We design our products with pride, passion, and purpose in the heart of the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and we manufacture in China.
